Prairie Dunes will consist of 177 apartment and townhomes style units including:

Rents will range from:

  • $1,595 – $1,895 for the townhomes

Prairie Dunes will have an amenity package including an onsite management office, clubhouse with fitness center, gaming area, indoor/outdoor gathering spaces, dog park, playground, outdoor pool and patio.

We expect move-ins to begin late Summer 2026.
